This Privacy Policy applies to DVANY websites, applications and related services that link to it. It should be read together with our Terms, Cookie Policy and other applicable service notices.

We aim to collect information relevant to the feature and purpose for which it is used.

• Payment or purchase information received from payment providers or app stores; DVANY does not need to store your full card credentials when a processor handles them.

We use information to provide and secure DVANY, operate requested features, process subscriptions or purchases, personalize experiences where enabled, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, comply with law, and measure service performance where permitted and appropriately configured.

4. Legal basis and choices

9. Children

DVANY should only be used by people who satisfy the age requirements stated in the applicable Terms and app-store listing. If DVANY introduces services for minors, it will implement the required notices, consent and safety measures before doing so.

10. International processing

Service providers may process information in locations outside your home jurisdiction where permitted by applicable law. Appropriate contractual, security and legal safeguards should be applied to such transfers.
